摘要:

依据国家电线电缆行业相关标准研制多工位架空导线恒温蠕变和线膨胀系数复合试验系统。以国家标准和国家电网企业标准为依据制定恒温蠕变和线膨胀系数测试方案,分析开发复合试验系统研制的可行性,引入拉力传感器动态标定、光电位移精密测量等技术,设计经济和提高控温效率的多工位蠕变试验系统,采用单工位多点采集的恒温控制系统,采用大电流加热的高温控制系统以及具有数据采集分析、曲线绘制和试验程序控制等功能的中枢控制操作系统。设计一套多工位架空导线恒温蠕变和线膨胀系数复合试验系统,实现了架空导线蠕变试验和线膨胀系数试验的自动化控制,该试验系统稳定性能好、测量精度高、经济效益显著,满足性能测试要求。



Design of multi station composite test system for creep of normal atmospheric temperature and coefficient of linear expansion of overhead conductors

Abstract: Based on the relevant standards of the national wire and cable industry,a multi station composite test system for creep of normal atmospheric temperature and coefficient of linear expansion of overhead conductors was developed. Based on the nation standards and State Grid Corporation standards , normal atmospheric temperature and coefficient of linear expansion test plan formulation, the feasibility of developing the composite test system analysis, the introduction of dynamic calibration of tension sensor, photoelectric displacement precision measurement, design of multi station creep test system economy and improvement of temperature control efficiency, normal atmospheric temperature control system with single station multi-point acquisition, high temperature control system using high current heating and central control system with functions of data acquisition and analysis, curve drawing and test program control. A set of multi station overhead conductor constant temperature creep and coefficient of linear expansion composite test system is designed to realize the automatic control of overhead conductor creep test and coefficient of linear expansion test. The test system has good stability, high measurement accuracy, remarkable economic benefits, and meets the performance test requirements.
