基于物联网的电梯实时监测系统设计

摘要:

针对目前电梯监测方法繁杂、工作效率低等问题,引入惯性捷联系统,并介绍了基于物联网的电梯实时监测系统的硬件结构和软件流程。运用惯性捷联原理,提出判断电梯运行状态的算法;引入物联网,实时获取、保存、查询及分析电梯运行状态,及时实现电梯与人的信息交互;引入无线射频系统,准确获取电梯特殊标志信息;选用MC52I无线模块,远程语音安抚被困人员情绪。现场调试证明系统工作稳定可靠,各项指标均达到设计要求。


Design of elevator real-time monitoring system based on internet of things

Abstract: Aimed at the problem that elevator monitoring methods are complex and inefficient, the strapped-down system was applied, and the hardware circuit and the software flow of the design of elevator real-time monitoring system based on the internet of things were introduced. Using the inertial principle of strapped-down system, the elevator monitoring method was proposed, and the algorithm for judging the running state of the elevator was put forward. People could obtain, save, search and analyze the running state of the elevator in real-time by the internet of things, at the same time, the state information of the elevator was exchanged in real-time. For accurately getting the special symbol information of the elevator, the radio frequency identification system was applied. MC52I wireless module was selected to comfort the trapped persons by remote voice. It is proved that the system is reliable and stable and meets the design requirements.
