摘要:

建立顶空-车载气相色谱/质谱法快速同时测定水中异丙醇、正丙醇、乙酸乙酯和四氢呋喃4种有机溶剂的分析方法,采用顶空进样,DB-624 LTM色谱柱分离,车载质谱检测器进行检测。系统考察盐效应、顶空条件、扫描方式及不同内标对测定结果的影响。结果表明,5.0~500 µg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为1.83 ~3.91 µg/L,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.18%~6.83%,回收率为82.1%~101%。该方法适用于突发性水污染事故中4种有机溶剂的快速测定。


Simultaneous determination of four kinds of organic solvent in water by headspace-vehicle gas chromatography/mass spectrometry

Abstract: A simple method for rapid and simultaneous determination of iso-propanol, n-propanol, ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran in water by headspace with vehicle GC-MS was developed. It separated by DB-624 LTM chromatographic column, and detected by vehicle mass spectrometric detector. Many impacting parameters were systematically investigated, including the instrumental parameters for headspace, the effects of salt effect, scanning methods and different internal standards preservation. The results showed that it had the good linearity in the range of 5.0 µg/L to 500 µg/L. Under optimum conditions, the detect limitation was 1.83 µg/L to 3.91 µg/L. In addition, the recoveries of these four solvents were 82.1%-101 % in real samples analysis, and the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 2.18%-6.83%. This method was suitable for the rapid determination of four solvents in sudden water pollution accidents.
