气体静压小孔节流焦耳-汤姆逊效应的测试研究

摘要:

节流器在工作中由于高压气体与壁面的摩擦,导致气体的压强与温度同时发生变化,进而影响节流器性能,因此研究节流过程中压强与温度的变化有助于分析节流器特性。通过建立基于焦耳-汤姆逊效应的节流器小孔节流温降与压降理论模型,进行理论计算,并搭建实验装置完成相关的实验验证。实验结果表明:1)理论值与实验值在气膜厚度、进气口压强的相关性上具有一致性;2)理论值与实验值在三种节流器基本曲线的特征上具有一致性。证明该理论模型在气体静压小孔节流焦耳-汤姆逊效应研究存在有效性,为节流器节流孔的设计以及供气压强与气膜厚度的选择提供理论基础。


Test research on the Joule-Thomson effect of aerostatic orifice throttling

Abstract: The friction between the high-pressure gas and the wall surface of the restrictor during operation causes the pressure and temperature of the gas to change at the same time, which affects the performance of the restrictor. Therefore, studying the changes in the pressure and temperature during the throttle process is helpful to analyze the characteristics of the restrictor. Through the establishment of a theoretical model of temperature drop and pressure drop based on the Joule-Thomson effect, the theoretical calculation is carried out, and build the experimental device to complete the relevant experimental verification. The experimental results show that: 1) The theoretical value and the experimental value are consistent in the correlation with the gas film thickness and the air inlet pressure; 2) The theoretical value and the experimental value have the characteristics of the basic curves of the three types of restrictors, consistency. It is proved that the theoretical model is effective in the study of Joule-Thomson effect in aerostatic orifice throttling, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the throttle orifice and the selection of the supply pressure and film thickness.
