车削粗糙表面法向接触刚度仿真研究

摘要:

为准确获取车削粗糙表面法向接触刚度,运用有限元方法开展接触仿真研究。基于车削运动学原理,实现车削表面微观形貌点云数据的获取。运用逆向建模方法实现特征曲面与三维模型的构建。采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对三维模型进行接触分析,得到法向接触刚度有限元仿真结果。为验证该文方法的准确性,引入KE模型的理论解析结果进行对比。对比结果显示,在相同工况条件下,KE模型理论解析结果与有限元仿真结果具有相同的变化趋势,法向接触刚度随接触压力的增大而增大。在相同接触压力条件下,KE模型的理论解析结果小于该文有限元仿真结果。通过改变车削加工参数获得不同粗糙度参数的粗糙表面,继而对比不同加工参数下法向接触刚度的有限元仿真结果。在相同接触压力条件下,法向接触刚度随车刀刀尖圆弧半径r的增大而逐渐增大,随车削进给量f的增大而逐渐减小。该文方法为准确计算车削表面法向接触刚度提供一种新的方法和途径。


Simulation research on normal contact stiffness of turning rough surface

Abstract: In order to obtain the normal contact stiffness of the end face turning surface accurately, the contact simulation was carried out by using the finite element method. Based on the kinematics and cutting theory of machine tool, the point cloud data of micro topography of end turning surface is obtained. The reverse modeling method is used to realize the construction of feature surface and 3D model. The contact analysis of the three-dimensional model is carried out by ABAQUS finite element simulation software, and the finite element simulation results of normal contact stiffness are obtained. In order to verify the accuracy of this method, the theoretical analysis results of KE model are compared. The comparison results show that under the same working conditions, the theoretical analysis results of KE model and the finite element simulation results have the same change trend, and the normal contact stiffness increases with the increase of contact pressure. Under the same contact pressure, the theoretical analysis results of KE model are less than the finite element simulation results in this paper. The rough surface with different roughness parameters is obtained by changing the end turning parameters, and then the finite element simulation results of normal contact stiffness under different machining parameters are compared. Under the same contact pressure, the normal contact stiffness increases with the increase of the radius of the tool tip and decreases with the increase of the feed rate. This method provides a new method and approach for calculating the normal contact stiffness of end turning surface.
