高速公路预制T梁用高性能混凝土性能研究

摘要:

为揭示高速公路预制T梁中高性能混凝土耐久性机理性及早期工作性能,研究立足于福建宁德G104高速公路,依据高速公路T梁用高性能混凝土相关规程设计出4种配合比,通过对比4种高性能混凝土工作性、力学性、耐久性,结果如下:1) C1配合比2 h后坍落度、含气量损失率均高于其他3 种配合比;2) 28 d力学性能发展规律为C4>C3>C2>C1;3) 28 d电通量、200次冻融循环质量损失率损失量发展趋势为C1>C2>C3>C4;微观结果表明:28 d时,矿粉-粉煤灰-水泥三元复合胶凝组分的C4配合比硬化浆体的水化结晶相数量高于C1、C2、C3,且尺寸较小、排列紧密,结构整体更加致密。上述结果为矿物掺合料在高性能混凝土中的作用机理研究提供参考。


Research on properties of high performance concrete for precast T-beam of expressway

Abstract: To reveal the durability mechanism and early working performance of high performance concrete in precast T-beam of expressways, based on G104 Expressway in Ningde, Fujian Province, four kinds of mix proportion were designed according to relevant regulations of high performance concrete for T-beam of expressway, comparing the workability, mechanical property and durability of four kinds of HPC, the relevant conclusions were as follows: 1) the slump and air content loss rate of C1 mixture after 2 h were higher than those of the other three mix proportions, 2) the development law of mechanical properties at 28 d was C4 > C3 > C2 > C1, 3) the development trend of 28d electric flux and mass loss rate of 200 freeze thaw cycles is C1 > C2 > C3 > C4; the macro and micro results show that: the age of 28 d, the C4 mix ratio of the slag-fly ash-cement ternary composite cementing component has a higher number of hydrated crystal phases than C1, C2 and C3, and the size is smaller. The arrangement is tight, and the overall structure is more compact, the above macro and micro results provide a reference for the mechanism of mineral admixtures in high performance concrete, and provide a reference for the future application.
