并联变流器变压器侧高频谐波抑制与移相角计算

摘要:

通过多绕组变压器并联变流器的拓扑具有电气隔离以及大功率输出的优点,在中高压变频器和电力电子变压器等场合得到广泛应用。变流器采用PWM技术导致的高频谐波不仅在变流器中传播,而且会通过多绕组变压器传播至电网侧造成严重的电网高频谐波污染。该文基于多绕组变压器射线形等效电路,采用双重傅里叶级数分析研究高频谐波的传播机理,得出高频谐波在多绕组变压器原副边传播的规律,提出采用载波移相策略抑制经多绕组变压器传播至电网的高频谐波,计算得出载波移相角度需满足的约束条件。最后通过仿真和试验,验证理论分析的准确性和有效性。

Abstract: The multi-winding transformer parallel converter has the advantages of electrical isolation and high power output, and has been widely used in medium and high voltage converters and power electronic transformers. The high-frequency harmonics caused by PWM technology not only propagate in the converter, but also spread to the grid side through multi-winding transformers, resulting in serious high-frequency harmonic pollution of the grid. Based on the ray-shaped equivalent circuit of multi-winding transformer, the transmission mechanism of high frequency harmonics is analyzed by double Fourier series. The objective propagation law of high frequency harmonics in primary and secondary side of multi winding transformer is obtained. The carrier phase-shifting strategy is proposed to suppress the high frequency harmonics propagating through multi-winding transformer to power grid, and the constraints of carrier phase-shifting angle are calculated. Finally, the correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis are verified by simulation and experiment.
