血管介入治疗导丝推进力与血管阻塞体强度及长度特征关系试验研究

摘要:

针对血管中阻塞体强度及长度的特征测量复杂、精度低、不能实时获取问题,提出根据导丝在血管中推进力信号的变化判断阻塞体强度及长度的试验方法。搭建导丝位置实时反馈及力信号采集的机械辅助血管介入治疗装置,采用不同浓度的凝胶模拟血管阻塞物,利用力反馈信号,从穿刺力和阻塞体内运动段输送阻力斜率分析阻塞物强度对直头导丝输送的影响。试验结果表明,导丝穿刺力与明胶溶液浓度呈现高度线性相关,阻塞物强度越高对导丝输送运动的阻滞作用越明显,且基于输送阻力刺入、刺出尖峰力信号推算的阻塞体长度与阻塞体实际长度基本一致,相对误差低于5%。实验结果显示该装置应用临床治疗有一定的可行性。


Experimental study on the relationship between the force of guide wire in mechanically assisted vascular intervention and the strength and length of vascular obstruction

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the characteristics of the intensity and length of the obstructed body in the blood vessel are complex and can not be obtained in real time. A test method is proposed for judging the strength and length of the obstruction body according to the change of the propulsion signal in the blood vessel. A mechanical - assisted vascular interventional device for the real - time feedback and force signal acquisition of the guide wire position was established. Using different concentrations gel to simulate vascular obstruction and feedback force signal, the influence of the strength of the obstruction on the transmission of the straight guide wire was analyzed from the slope of the transmission resistance from movement and the puncture force of obstruction. The results show that The puncture force of the guide wire is highly linearly related to the gelatin solution concentration. The higher the intensity of the obstruction is, the more obvious the blocking effect is on the guide wire transport movement, and the length of the obstruction is estimated to be consistent with the actual length of the obstruction body. The relative error is less than 5%. The current experimental results suggest that the clinical application of the device has certain feasibility.
