整体四柱式力传感器弹性体的有限元分析

摘要:

整体四柱式力传感器因其弹性体结构具有诸多优点,近年来国内有少数力和称重传感器厂家开始设计并生产此类产品,但是因其制造及贴片工艺要求较高,传感器整体准确度呈现较大的离散性,难以生产出大批量的高精度产品.通过建立整体四柱式弹性体结构的三维模型,运用有限元分析软件Algor分析了该结构的线性特性和偏载时的应力应变情况,并根据分析结果提出了在设计过程中的几点改进建议,为对该结构进行进一步研究和对传感器生产厂家改进工艺等提供了参考.


Finite element analysis of elastic component of overall four-post type force transducer

Abstract: The overall four-post type force transducer has many advantages for its elastic component. In recent years, some companies begin to design and manufacture this type of products. However, its accuracies are discrete, and large-batch of high accuracy products are difficult to get for the strict requirements in manufacture and sheet-contact process. The elastic component 3D model of the overall four-post type force transducer has been set up in Solidworks, and the linearity, distribution of stress and strain have been analyzed by using Algor. According to the results, some suggestions are proposed. This could provide reference for transducer manufacturer to improve their production technologies.
