高速比例电磁铁动静态特性测试系统的研究

摘要:

为了实现对高速比例电磁铁的动静态性能测试,根据数据采集和信号处理原理,设计实现了基于Visual Basic的电磁铁测试系统。根据比例电磁铁的物理特性,搭建测试用试验平台,通过研华PCI1710进行数据采集,重点测试电流-力、电流-位移等静态特性和力响应、位移响应等动态特性。实验表明,该测试系统性能稳定,操作简单,有良好的测试精度和灵敏度。


Study on dynamic and static test system for high-speed proportional solenoid

Abstract: In order to realize the static and dynamic characters'test of high-speed proportional solenoid,a proportional solenoid test system was designed based on Visual Basic according to data acquisition and signal processing theory. According to proportional solenoid's physical properties,a test platform was built and the data was collected by PCI1710. The parameters,including currentforce, current-displacement static characteristics,force response and displacement response dynamic characteristics, were tested. Experiment results suggested that the system was stable and its operation was simple. In addition,it has good test precision and sensitivity.
