0级刀口尺的检定及其不确定度评定

摘要:

介绍了0级刀口尺的具体检定方法,根据这些方法可以为其检定不确定度提供分析依据。再次确认老版本检定规程及国家标准对刀口尺的要求:检定时,刀口尺的光隙长度应小于刀口尺全长的三分之一。并对四种不同长度的刀口尺检定不确定度进行了评定。覆盖因子k=3的情况下除了175 mm 0级刀口尺的检定扩展不确定度与其直线度偏差的比值为0.4,略大于1/3一点以外其余均小于1/3。虽然0.4大于1/3,但是因为它是最高级别精度测量,比值可以放宽至1/2或以上,所以0.4仍然是可以接受的。


Calibration of 0 class knife-edge and uncertainty evaluation

Abstract: Specific calibration method for 0 class knife-edge was introduced, which could provide analytical foundation for calibration uncertainty evaluation of 0 class knife-edge.It confirmed the requirements for knife-edge from Chinese verification regulation and Chinese standard of old edition, that is "the length of the light fissure of the knife-edge with abraded straight edge should be smaller than one third length of whole knife-edge when calibration".And calibration uncertainties for four size-different 0 class knife-edges were evaluated.When the confidence factor k is 3, the ratio of the extended calibration uncertainty to the straightness deviation is less than 1/3, except the ratio is 0.4 for 175 mm 0 class knife-edge.Though 0.4 is larger than 1/3, it is top class measurement, so the ratio can be not less than 1/2.So the ratio 0.4 may be accepted.
