MSP430单片机在甲醛检测仪中的应用

摘要:

针对目前传统光电式甲醛检测仪操作烦琐、检测时间长等缺陷,设计了一种以MSP430单片机为控制核心的光电式甲醛检测仪,实现了空气采样、自动移液、显色反应温度控制、数据采集和处理、良好的人机操作界面等功能。采用基于酚试剂分光光度法,根据测试方法标准的规程校正了仪器测试方程,仪器检测限为0.005 3 mg/m3,测试相对标准偏差小于3.0%,实现现场室内环境空气中甲醛的快速测定,操作简单,测试结果准确、可靠。


Application of MSP430 SCM on formaldehyde detector

Abstract: To solve the defects such as the complex operation and long time measurements of traditional photoelectric formaldehyde detector, a photo-electricity formaldehyde measurement instrument was designed.It was controlled by MSP430 SCM.The air sampling, fluid transmission, temperature control of color development reaction, data collection and processing as well as the good user manipulation interface were achieved.The instrument was based on MBTH spectreophotometry, and its measurement equation was adjusted on the standard of testing.The checking limit is 0.005 3 mg/m3 and its relative standard deviation is less than 3.0%.The rapid formaldehyde determination of indoor air is realized.The operation of the detector is simple and its result is reliable.
