基于车载诊断系统的汽车虚拟仪表

摘要:

针对传统汽车仪表的局限性,利用OBD-II系统开发了一种可用于汽车故障诊断的汽车虚拟仪表。仪表系统用扫描仪通过OBD诊断座与OBD-II系统以串行方式通信,读取该系统存储在执行控制单元中的数据,对数据解释后获得车辆行驶数据和故障码。虚拟仪表由ActiveX仪表控件拼搭而成。实验表明,该虚拟仪表可对车辆进行实时监控、故障显示和行车参数记忆存储,具有较好的扩展性和通用性。


Vehicle virtual instrument based on OBD-II system

Abstract: Vehicle virtual instrument based on OBD-II system was developed.The virtual instrument could detect vehicle failure comparing with traditional instrument.The instrument system communicated with OBD-II system in serial mode through OBD interface by using scan tool.After analyzing the data which was stored in execute control unit, the instrument could get the information and trouble code of the vehicle.The instrument was composed by many independent meters which were made in ActiveX controller.This instrument platform had been tested on the vehicle, which demonstrated that it could real-time monitor the vehicle, display trouble codes and save the record.
