摘要:

为了提高聚乙烯塑料(PE)管道热熔焊接设备的温度控制精度和提高焊接质量,研制了以基于PC/104为基础的PE管道全自动焊接设备的温度控制系统。在分析了PE管道热熔焊接设备的实际需求的基础上,给出了温度控制系统的总体方案设计,并论述了温度控制软件结构与调试过程。基于PC/104的温度控制系统能够有效地提高PE管道焊接的质量,具有精度高、适应性强等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。


Design and development of temperature control system based on PC/104 platform for PE pipe fusion machine

Abstract: In order to enhance the precision of temperature control and the quality of heating and melting of PE pipes, the automatic temperature control system based on PC/104 platform was designed and developed for PE pipe fusion machine.Firstly, need of PE pipe fusion machine was analyzed.Secondly, the overall design structure was described for the temperature control system.Finally, the software structure and debugging process of the system were discussed in detail.The temperature control system based on PC/104 platform works efficiently and can increase the quality of melting and sealing PE pipes.The proposed technique haves some advantages, such as high precision and compatible, and can be used widely in the future.
