桥门式起重机智能监控系统设计

摘要:

基于AT89C5131研制的桥门式起重机智能监控系统,能实时测量和记录桥门式起重机的作业参数,对起重机运动部件的位置和吊绳倾摆角度作限位防摇监控,所记录的违章操作数据可以通过USB接口传送到计算机,供管理人员查阅打印。结果证明,该系统操作简单,安装方便,工作稳定可靠,抗干扰性好,使用该系统可以有效地避免现场野蛮作业损坏起重机,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Intelligent monitor and control system for overhead and gantry crane, which was based by AT89C5131, could real-time measure the job parameter and register at the same time.The job parameter was included the moving parts of the crane and dip angle of the tilting cable.The data of operation error could be transmitted to the computer through the USB interface, consulted the printing for the administrative personnel.The application proves that the system is of advantages such as easy operation, convenient assemblage, stable, anti-jamming.The use of the system can effectively avoid the scene of the brutal damage to the operating cranes.This system which had the far-reaching scientific management will be widely applied.
