发动机机油冷却器性能试验系统的研制

摘要:

为了满足不同发动机冷却系统的匹配性能试验要求,研制了一种自动化程度较高的机油冷却器性能试验系统,能够实时测量与控制机油和冷却水的温度、流量、压力等参数,实现对冷却器性能参数的分析、显示,并具有数据库存储与查询功能。还详细介绍了系统的设计方案及关键参数的精确测量与控制方法。试验结果表明,系统测控精度与试验效率较高,并可辅助完成其他整机及部件的性能试验。


Research on performance test system for engine oil radiators

Abstract: In order to meet the matching performance testing requirement for different engine oil cooling systems, a performance test system for engine oil radiators with higher automation has been developed. It can measure and control many parameters of oil and cooling water, such as temperature, flow, pressure and so on, in real-time. It also can analyze and display the performance parameters of the radiator. Moreover, this system also has the function of data storage and query. In this article, the system design scheme, accurate ways for measuring and controlling the key parameters were introduced in detail. Experimental results show that, the control precision and test efficiency of this system are rather good, and it also can assist to accomplish the performance testing of other complete machines or components.
