关于X光射线管质量特征评定方法的探讨

摘要:

X光射线管电压/管电流指标是X射线机的重要参数之一。针对传统的管电压/管电流测量方法虽然可以检测出X射线管电压/管电流误差值,但不能反映其质量特征的状况,在分析影响X射线质量高低的因素的基础上,引入了射线管能量带宽的含义,并由此提出了基于Q值及其派生QL值、QH值的射线管电压/管电流分析方法。经过一系列模拟测试和对比分析,结果表明,该方法是传统检测方法的有效补充,能更准确地表征出X射线管电压/管电流质量特征。


In-depth study of evaluation method for X-ray tube quality characteristics

Abstract: X-ray tube is one of the key components of X-ray apparatus, and the parameter of voltage/current is also important for X-ray tubes. Traditional measurements can detect the value error of the voltage/current of X-ray tube apparatus, but they can not reflect the quality of the tube voltage/current. To solve this problem, according to the analysis of the quality factors of the X-ray, the measurement for X-ray tube voltage/current is presented based on Q-factor and its derived QL and QH-factor when X-ray tube energy bandwidth is defined. The validity of the method which was certified by several simulation and testing shows that this method is the supplement for the traditional one and it can more accurately reflect the quality characteristics of the X-ray tube voltage/current.
