高炉焦炭中子测水技术应用

摘要:

针对烘干法测量高炉焦炭水分存在取样周期长、试样代表性差的缺点,采用中子测水技术,设计了基于西门子S7系列PLC中子测水控制系统,开发了水分有效值筛选软件程序。实现了高炉入炉焦炭水分的在线测量,并根据在线测得的有效水分值进行焦炭补偿。现场运行表明,中子测水技术的应用达到了降低高炉焦比,减少能耗,稳定炉温、炉况的目的。


Application of neutron measuring technique of coke moisture of blast furnace

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcoming, such as long sampling period and poor sample representation,this paper introduced a new method of coke moisture in blast furnace. The theory of neutron measuring of moisture and the calibration method of neutron moisture meter were introduced. Control system based on Siemens S7 PLC for neutron measuring moisture was designed and moisture effective value filtration software program was developed as well. This realized online measuring of coke moisture of blast furnace. Coke supply quantum was compensated basing on effective moisture value from online meter. Locale running shows that these purposes of reducing the ratio of putting coke into furnace, energy consumption reduction and fixing furnace temperature and furnace status are achieved by using neutron measuring technique of moisture.
