半刚性基层沥青路面弯曲极限载荷的测试与评定

摘要:

在制作玻纤加筋沥青路面面层、半刚性基层整体合成大梁试件的基础上,进行了静载试验,测定其极限载荷及应变沿截面高度的分布情况,并对极限载荷进行了不确定度分析与评定。结果表明:铺设玻纤格栅时涂刷乳化沥青透层油,可有效改善沥青面层和基层之间的粘结效果;半刚性基层的正应力沿截面高度呈线性分布,合成大梁试件的中性层低于其几何形心。极限载荷测量不确定度的A类评定结果表明影响测试的主要因素是重复性试验。


Ultimate flexure load and uncertainty evaluation of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement reinforced by glassgrid

Abstract: On the base of making beam specimens composed of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement reinforced by glassgrid, static tests which detect the ultimate load and the distribution of strain along the section height of beams were conducted, and the uncertainty of the ultimate load was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that it can effectively improve the cementing effect of base and pavement through daubing emulsified asphalt before poving the glassgrid.The results also show the strain is linear distributing along the section height of semi-rigid base, and the neutral layer of the beam specimen is lower than its geometrical center.The evaluation of uncertainty A of the ultimate load indicates the main factor which influences the test results is measurement repeatability.
