摘要:

汽车后桥是汽车的关键部件之一,有20%的事故是由后桥造成的,因此在其出厂前要进行严格的质量检测。本文采用振动诊断方法实现了后桥的质量检测,通过采集、分析汽车后桥振动信号,应用时间平均小波谱法提取后桥的质量检测参数,根据新产品的振动能量特点,如果参数值在特征参数阈值允许范围内则产品合格,否则认为产品不合格,这种方法能够实现自动检测,更适合现代化生产的需要。


Automobil e rear bridge quality inspection on time averaged wavelet spectrum

Abstract: Rear bridge is one of the key parts of automobile and about 20% accidents come from rear bridge.So it is necessary to inspect strictly before rear bridges leaving factory.In this paper,the authors adopted vibration diagnosis method to realize quality inspection of rear bridge.By sampling and processing vibration signal as well as time averaged wavelet spectrum method,quality inspection parameter of rear bridge was extracted.According to vibration energy feature of this new product,product can be judged as qualified if its parameter is in range of specified threshold.This method can realize auto inspection and suit need of modernization production very well.
