摘要:

根据NB-IoT(narrow band internet of things)技术广覆盖、低功耗、低成本的优势,该文研制基于NB-IoT的低功耗温湿度采集器。该采集器以低功耗、性能良好的STM8L微控制器作为主控芯片,搭配低功耗的 NB-IOT 模组 BC28 和高精度温湿度传感器 SHT20以及具有看门狗功能的低功耗外部定时器 TPL5010,定时将MCU从休眠状态唤醒并将数据上传至监测系统,在一定程度上解决传统的GPRS、ZigBee等通信技术功耗大、成本高、组网复杂的问题。为检验系统的可靠性,将采集器置于室内数周进行了空气温湿度实验,实验结果显示其具有较高的可靠性,监测数据有效上传率达99.72%。为测试系统的功耗,通过Fluke8845A数字万用表对采集器进行功耗实验,实验数据显示其功耗较低,可以实现一节锂离子电池供电长达3年以上的目标。

Abstract: According to the advantages of NB-IoT (narrow band internet of things) technology with wide coverage, low power consumption, and low cost, this article has developed a low-power temperature and humidity collector based on NB-IoT. The collector uses low-power, good-performance STM8L microcontroller as the main control chip, with low-power NB-IoT module BC28 and high-precision temperature and humidity sensor SHT20, and low-power external timing with watchdog function The TPL5010, which wakes up the MCU from the sleep state at regular intervals and uploads data to the monitoring system, to a certain extent solves the problems of high power consumption, high cost, and complex networking of traditional GPRS, ZigBee and other communication technologies. In order to test the reliability of the system, the collector was placed indoors for several weeks to conduct air temperature and humidity experiments. The experimental results show that it has high reliability, and the effective upload rate of monitoring data reached 99.72%. In order to test the power consumption of the system, a power consumption experiment was performed on the collector with a Fluke8845A digital multimeter. The experimental data showed that its power consumption was low, and it could achieve the goal of a lithium-ion battery to supply power for more than 3 years.
