热脱附分析苯系物吸附效率的探究

摘要:

热脱附法分析环境空气和固定污染源废气中的挥发性有机物,吸附管的吸附和解析效果是关键因素。该文利用恒温采样器通过对7种苯系物的采样,考察3种吸附管对液标吸附效果随气吹时间变化的影响;比较吸附管液标和气标2种采样方式的效果差异;讨论吸附管在不同采样体积、温度、流量条件下的气标采样对穿透的影响;分析吸附管吸附效果受湿度的影响作用。实验结果表明:吸附管对液标吸附效果较稳定,不易因低流量的气流而引起明显的损失;模拟在相同采样流量下,液标和气标采样的吸附效果存在一定差异;不同的采样温度、流量和体积,各目标物的穿透范围不尽相同,但穿透区域的摩尔数较为接近;高湿度样品对不同吸附管吸附效率的影响存在差异。


Study on adsorption efficiency of benzene series by thermal desorption

Abstract: Thermal desorption method has been used to analyze volatile organic compounds in environmental air and waste gas from fixed pollutant sources, and the key factors of this analytical method are the effect of adsorption and analysis. In this study, the influence of three adsorbent tubes on the adsorption effect of liquid standard with the air blowing time was investigated by using a constant temperature sampler to sample seven kinds of benzene series. Besides, two sampling methods of adsorption tube liquid standard and gas standard were compared and the influence of gas standard sampling on the penetration of adsorption tube under different sampling volume, temperature and flow was discussed as well. Finally, the influence of humidity on adsorption effect of adsorbent tube was analyzed. The experimental result showed that adsorption tube has stable adsorption effect on liquid mark and it was not easy to induce obviously because of the low flow airflow; At the same sampling flow, there was a difference in adsorption effect between liquid standard and gas standard; The penetration range of each object varied with different sampling temperature, flow and volume but the number of moles in the penetrating region didn’t appear to be much different; The high humidity samples had different effect on the adsorption efficiency of different adsorbent tubes.
