军用ATE中GPIB总线故障诊断的应用研究

摘要:

总线是ATE中的关键技术和重要组成部分,随着军用ATE大量装备部队,ATE中的总线故障时有发生,GPIB总线是军用ATE中常用的总线之一。首先分析了GPIB总线的故障原因。接着通过总结并结合工程实践,提出了故障定位流程图。最后讨论了常见的故障现象及其原因,重点分析了由于GPIB通信协议配置错误导致的故障现象并提出了解决措施。


Study on application of fault diagnosis about GPIB in the military ATE

Abstract: Bus is the critical technology and important component among the ATE.With military ATE greatly equipped in the troop,the fault of bus in the ATE occurred at times.GPIB is one of common bus in military ATE.The reason of fault about GPIB was analyzed in the paper firstly.Then a fault location flow chart was achieved by sum-up and combined with engineering practice.Finally frequent fault symptom and its reasons were discussed.Fault symptom owing to GPIB communication agreement mistake was stressly analyzed and the settlement measure was put forward.
