摘要:

通过自主研制的体模,测试PET/CT图像融合精度,并验证体模的可行性和有效性。采集PET/CT融合图像数据,利用IDL和Matlab软件测量圆柱棒及试管在PET、CT图像中的坐标值,两坐标值的差值即为图像融合精度。自制体模通过模拟热区和冷区,可以准确、快速地测量PET/CT图像融合精度,该体模可对日常质量控制项目的体模进行测试。


Research on PET/CT alignment phantom and testing method

Abstract: This article is proposed to design and develop a PET/CT alignment phantom which can measure the PET/CT image fusion accuracy and verity its feasibility and effectiveness. IDL and Matlab were used to calculate the errors of cylindrical rods and tubes in the PET and CT images.The phantom simulates the hot and the cold regions, and the image fusion accuracy could be measured accurately and quickly. The self-made phantom should provide the most reliable measurement of alignment error with the analysis, and it can also be used as a routine PET/CT performance quality control testing.
