单片机气囊式肌骨关节康复装置设计

摘要:

目前临床上肌骨关节退行性疼痛病康复方式主要是基于骨性关节炎、韧带损伤、肌腱炎等理论且90%的康复方式只能独立治疗,而物理-运动康复所占比率较低。因此对传统康复装置进行改进,设计出气囊式多功能肌骨关节康复装置。该装置可对肌骨关节进行牵引、按摩、电刺激和艾灸热疗。该装置采用STC89C52RC单片机为控制核心,设计基于MP3V5050DP压力传感器和DS18B20数字温度传感器进行肌骨关节处压力和温度监测,可最大程度减少外围电路,实现安全、高效、便捷等特性。通过实验与调试电磁阀和气囊压力状态实现相应规律的变化,达到设计预期。可改善肌骨组织微循环功能、减缓或消除局部炎性反应、通过肌骨机械与物理因子刺激改善肌骨稳态,提高肌骨关节组织质量与功能。


Design of air bag muscle bone joint rehabilitation device based on single chip microcomputer

Abstract: In order to optimize the single rehabilitation mode of muscle bone joint degenerative pain disease in clinic, which is mainly based on relatively independent theories such as osteoarthritis, ligament injury and tendinitis, and 90% of them are based on single technology, while the proportion of physical exercise rehabilitation is low. Based on the improvement of traditional rehabilitation device, an air bag multifunctional muscle bone joint rehabilitation device is designed. The device can carry out traction, massage, electrical stimulation and moxibustion hyperthermia for muscle and bone joints. The device uses STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer as the control core, and is designed based on MP3V5050DP pressure sensor and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to monitor the pressure and temperature at muscle and bone joints, which can minimize the peripheral circuit and realize the characteristics of safety, efficiency and convenience. Through experiments and debugging, the pressure state of solenoid valve and airbag realizes the corresponding changes, and achieves the design expectation. It can improve the microcirculation function of muscle and bone tissue, slow down or eliminate local inflammatory reaction, improve muscle and bone homeostasis through stimulation of muscle and bone mechanical and physical factors, and improve the quality and function of muscle and bone joint tissue.
