热脱附-气相色谱/质谱联用法测定家具中释放的27种苯系物

摘要:

建立同时测定家具中27种苯系物的热脱附-气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法。将家具样品表面切下裁成条状,使用空的石英管作为条状家具样品的VOC释放装置,VOC热脱附后直接进入检测系统进行测定。考察石英管热脱附温度、热脱附时间等参数对挥发性有机物脱附效果的影响。结果表明:27种苯系物在0.01~1 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9973~0.9999之间。按照标准加入法进行加标回收试验,27种苯系物加标回收率在90%~109%之间,相对标准偏差在2.0%~6.9%之间。试验表明,该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于家具样品检测。

Abstract: An analytical method for the determination of 27 aromatic hydrocarbons in furnitures by thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (TD-GC/MS) was established. In this method, The surface of furniture was cut into strips. The hollow quartz tube was used as the emission device of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from furniture samples, and then VOC were desorbed and injected into the detection system with the carrier gas. The influence of desorption temperature and desorption time on the desorption of VOC were investigated. As showed by the results, 27 aromatic hydrocarbons showed good linearity over the range of 0.01-1 μg with correlation coefficient ranging between

0.9973

0.9999

. Recovery was tested by standard additions, giving results 90%-109%. Values of the relative standard deviations for 27 VOC were in the range of 2.0%-6.9%. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid, accuracy and suitable for the detection of 27 VOC in furniture samples.
