摘要:

科技发展,计量先行。门捷列夫曾讲:没有测量就没有科学。国际单位制量子化变革,将大幅度提升测量的精确性、稳定性和可靠性,同时也会催生新技术的发展和新兴产业的兴起。国际单位制量子化变革是一场科技革命,不仅影响着科技的进步与发展,也影响着国家计量体系的重塑与重构。该文力求从国际单位制量子化变革的实质入手,探究它对我国计量体系带来的影响,思考如何建立适合量子化新时代的新的国家计量体系。


Discussion on the influence of quantization reform of international units on China metrology system

Abstract: The development of science and technology requires measurement to go first. Mendeleev once said that there is no science without measurement. The quantization reform of international units will greatly improve the accuracy, stability and reliability of measurement. At the same time, it will promote the development of new technologies and the rise of new industries. The quantization reform of international units is a scientific and technological revolution, which not only affects the progress and development of science and technology, but also affects the remolding and reconstruction of national metrology systems. This paper tries to explore the impact of the quantization reform of international units on China metrology system, and to consider how to establish a new national metrology system suitable for the new era of quantization.
