非道路柴油机不同稳态排放循环测试结果对比

摘要:

稳态排放测试是型式检验中评估非道路柴油机污染物排放达标与否的基础环节,测试循环代表性及测试结果可重复性至关重要。我国非道路柴油机稳态排放循环一直仅有NRSC一种,但欧盟最新排放控制法规(EU 2016/1628)引入RMC。该文通过在柴油机台架上分别运行两种循环测试,研究两者不同,着重对新增污染物——颗粒物数量测试结果进行分析。结果表明:RMC的测试结果具有更好的可重复性,NRSC的离散采样模式会给颗粒物数量测试结果带来不确定因素,建议我国在进行第四阶段型式检验时,适当延长NRSC的颗粒物数量采样时间,取中间稳态状态的采集数据进行计算。此外,在第五阶段标准的制修订时引入RMC。

Abstract: Steady-state emission test is the basic step to evaluate whether non-road diesel engine pollutant emission is up to standard in type test. Therefore, the representativeness of cycle conditions and repeatability of test results are very important. In China, there has always been only NRSC for steady-state emission cycle of non-road diesel engines, but RMC has been introduced in the newest emission control regulations of the European Union (EU 2016/1628). In this paper, two kinds of cycle tests were carried out on diesel engine bench respectively, and the difference between them was studied. especially the results of the newly added pollutants-particle number. The test results show that RMC is more repeatable, the discrete sampling mode of NRSC will bring uncertain factors to the test results of particle number. It is suggested to extend the sampling time of NRSC for particle number appropriately and intercept the data of intermediate steady state for calculation in the approval test of Chinese Stage IV. In addition, RMC is recommended to be introduced into the non-road emission standard in the stage V of China.
