摘要:

MEMS热式质量燃气表的计量准确与天然气组分变化存在相关性。本实验采用实流标定装置测量热式质量燃气表在8种不同组分12T天然气的计量性能,验证一款MEMS热式质量燃气表的气体组分识别功能。在所选择的不同气体组分实流测试中,该MEMS热式质量燃气表能够实现流过气体组分自动识别以及计量参数的自动切换,满足燃气表准确计量的要求。


The thermal mass utility gas meters' characteristics and adaptive transformation ability in different gas recognition

Abstract: The metrology of the utility gas meters with MEMS thermal mass flow sensing technology is associated with thermal value or composition of natural gases. A positive pressure real gas flow calibration test facility is designed and assembled to verify the compliance of the MEMS utility gas meters to the current volumetric metrology standard with 8 kinds of 12T natural gases. The MEMS utility gas meters in this work have the embedded gas recognition capability such that when the gas thermal value or composition varies the meters can automatically compensate the referenced volumetric metrology deviations due to the changes. Tests with air and eight natural gases confirmed its gas recognition capability that met the requirements of the current metrology standards.
