摘要:

针对医用X射线机在工频供电条件下存在有用射线输出率低、X射线管输出电压纹波系数普遍偏大的现象,为保证X射线机工作的稳定性与准确性,该文提出一种基于Cortex-M4内核的医用高频高压发生器设计方案。分析高频高压发生器的结构及其工作原理,运用全桥串并联谐振逆变电路实现对高频电压的转换。设计采用双闭环控制,通过对采样电压及电流的采集计算和误差分析,进而调节脉冲频率控制电路和脉冲宽度控制电路,确保输出管电压、管电流的精确、稳定。运行结果表明:该设计的高频高压发生器相对误差小,系统运行稳定性能好,输出电压精度和电流精度高,可以很好地满足医用X射线机工作需求,具有较好的应用价值。


Research on medical high frequency and high voltage generator based on Cortex-M4

Abstract: Under the condition of the power frequency supply, the useful output rate of the medical X-ray machine is low and the X-ray tube output voltage ripple coefficient is generally larger. In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the operation of the X-ray machine, a design of the medical high frequency and high voltage generator based on the Cortex-M4 kernel is proposed in this paper. The structure and working principle of the high frequency and high voltage generator are thoroughly analyzed, and the conversion of high frequency voltage is realized with the full bridge series parallel resonant inverter circuit. The double closed loop is adopted to control the whole design. Through the calculation and error analysis of the sampling voltage and current acquisition, the pulse frequency control circuit and the pulse width control circuit are adjusted to ensure the accuracy and stability of the output voltage and the tube current. The running results show that the design have small relative error, high precision and stable performance with both accuracy and adjustable voltage output, not only meet the needs of medical X-ray machine, but also show a good application value.
