镁合金燃点测试系统

摘要:

该文介绍一种基于比色测温法的镁及镁合金燃点测试系统,提出以镁燃烧时辐射量突变点为镁及镁合金燃点的测试方法并以之设计燃点定位程序,该系统由物镜、场镜、滤光片、四象限探测器、单片机以及液晶屏组成,系统能够快速准确地定位并计算镁及镁合金起燃时的温度,简化传统镁合金燃点测试程序,可以为镁合金阻燃技术提供可靠数据。用该系统对纯镁、AZ80、AZ80+Nd 3种镁合金进行燃点测试并与红外测温仪(OS4000)的测试结果进行比对,并计算其比对试验差异值,经测试该系统燃点定位精度达到0.01℃,3种镁合金比对试验差异值分别为0.75,0.99,0.95,测试结果与红外测温仪测试结果无显著差异,系统多次测试不确定度优于红外测温仪。


System for testing ignition temperature of magnesium and magnesium alloy

Abstract: A system for testing ignition temperature of magnesium and magnesium alloy based on colorimetric temperature measurement was introduced.The idea of using radiation sudden change point as the ignition temperature was proposed,a ignition temperature acquisition program was designed based on it as well.The system was constitute of objective lens,field lens,optical filter,four quadrant detector,singlechip and liquid crystal display,it can fix the position and calculate its temperature when magnesium and magnesium alloy light-off quickly and accurately.With this system,traditional method of magnesium and magnesium alloy test was simplified and reliable data can be provided to ignition-proof technology for magnesium alloys.Tested pure magnesium,AZ80 and AZ80+Nd magnesium alloy with this system and made a contrast with the test of infrared thermometer(OS4000),it was proved that the precision of ignition temperature acquisition was 0.01℃,the difference value was 0.75,0.99 and 0.95,it had no significant difference with the result of OS4000,the uncertainty of this system is superior to OS4000.
