用仲辛醇萃取锗的研究

摘要:

锗的提取中溶剂萃取是一种简单、快速分离、效果理想、最有竞争力的方法。但萃取剂的种类繁多且都要求酸度比较高,萃取剂浓度高,造成提取成本过高并会对生态环境造成污染。寻找优良的提取锗的萃取剂就至关重要。本文采用苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定仲辛醇/石油醚溶液中锗的含量。根据实验结果确定:每100mL锗标准溶液加助萃取剂0.5g,用30mL 10%的仲辛醇/石油醚溶液,在中性条件下,萃取2min,锗的萃取率最高。仲辛醇/石油醚溶液对锗有很高的萃取率,是一种值得推荐的萃取剂。


Study on the extracting of germanium by 2-octanol solvent

Abstract: Germanium, solvent extraction method is a simple, rapid separation, and the most competitive method with good effect. But the variety and amounts agents require relatively high acidity and high concentration of extract agents, resulting from high costs and pollution on the ecological environment. So finding good agents from germanium is critical. By using phenylfluorone photometer analysis,solution of germanium content in 2-octanol and petroleum was measured. According to results of experiments, adding 0.5g complexant to germanium standard solution per 100mL, and 30ml 10% of 2-octanol and petroleum solution, in neutral conditions, extract two minutes, reaching the highest rate of germanium extraction. So 2-octanol and petroleum solution extraction is a recommendable extraction agent.
