摘要:

为了能准确的反映自动变光焊接护目镜的光阀响应速度,通过对其响应特性的研究,提出了响应时间和保持时间的精确定义,并运用光源系统、放大电路系统和信号处理系统,设计了自动变光焊接护目镜光阀响应特性测试仪的硬件系统和软件系统,能精确地测试响应时间和保持时间。


Studying on light valve response characteristics testing device for automatic light-transforming welding blinkers

Abstract: In order to accurately reflect the response speed of light valve in automatic light-transforming welding blinkers and study on its response features, a refined definition system on its response time and holding time was established. The hardware and software systems of testing device of light valve response characteristics of automatic light-transforming welding blinkers were designed, which could accurately test its response time and holding time through using of the optical resources, enlargement circuit system and signal solution system.
