摘要:为改善传统机械缓冲器的性能,合成了一种高分子聚合物粘弹性阻尼材料,并将其应用到重载车辆缓冲器中。根据高性能弹性胶体缓冲器的工作条件,对其进行了结构设计和加工。通过分析方法推导了其理论模型,对设计出的新配方材料弹性胶泥缓冲器进行了冲击试验。对试验数据拟合得到胶泥材料实际能量吸收率,结果与胶泥理论吸引率一致。验证了理论模型的准确性。研究结果提供了一种缓冲性能好、车辆负载高的缓冲器。
Abstract: To improve the performance of traditional mechanical shock absorber, a new type of high molecular polymer is formulated and applied to overloaded vehicle shock absorber. According to the operating principle of high-performance viscoelastic material shock absorber, the geometrical structure of shock absorber is designed and machined. Then its theoretical model is derived by using analytical method, and the impact test is carried out on high-performance viscoelastic material shock absorber. The results show that experimental and theoretical damping force curves have good agreement, which validates the credibility of theoretical model. The investigation provides a potential way to enhance damping performance and increase vehicle load.
